Chartlight Privacy Policy

Overview

Chartlight provides personal astrology, timing, and Feng Shui readings. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can ask us to delete it.

Information we collect

We may collect account information such as your name, email address, profile image, and authentication provider ID when you sign in with Google, Facebook, email OTP, passkeys, or future supported sign-in methods.

We collect information you provide for readings, including birth date, birth time, birth place, current location, questions, selected products, reading preferences, and generated reading content.

We may also collect technical and transaction information such as device/browser details, approximate timestamps, access logs, payment status, product selected, and customer support messages.

How we use information

We use your information to create and save readings, authenticate your account, provide customer support, process purchases, prevent abuse, improve Chartlight, and comply with legal and operational obligations.

Chartlight readings are for personal reflection. They are not medical, legal, financial, mental health, safety, fertility, immigration, or other professional advice.

Third-party services

Chartlight may use service providers for authentication, hosting, payments, email delivery, analytics, and AI-assisted reading generation. These providers process information only as needed to operate Chartlight and provide the requested service.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate Chartlight, when required by law, to protect Chartlight and its users, or with your consent.

Data retention and deletion

We keep account and reading data while your account is active or as needed to provide Chartlight, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

You can request deletion of your Chartlight account and associated personal data by following the instructions on our Data Deletion page.

Children

Chartlight is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
