Delete your Chartlight data

How to request deletion

To delete your Chartlight account and associated personal data, email chris@cheng.com.ph from the email address connected to your Chartlight account.

Use the subject line Chartlight data deletion request and include the sign-in method you used, such as Google, Facebook, email OTP, or passkey. Do not send passwords or sensitive identity documents.

What we delete

We will delete or anonymize account profile data, saved reading inputs, generated readings, and related personal records that are no longer needed to provide Chartlight or meet legal, security, payment, tax, dispute, or fraud-prevention obligations.

Timing

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. If we need more information to verify the request, we will reply to the email address used for the request.

Facebook Login users

If you signed in with Facebook, this page serves as the Chartlight user data deletion instructions URL. You can also remove Chartlight from your Facebook account settings, then email us to request deletion of remaining Chartlight account data.
